Me

Before starting the Product Design program at ACCD, I went to ELAC in Architecture for two years to learn about the foundation of design and prepare for being a product student.

My product design story started in high school, where I realized I really want to know how products are made, just out of curiosity though. After taking classes at ArtCenter, I became convinced that I feel the most inspired and passionate when I’m creating and designing.

Another thing I really love product design is that it can expand into many other fields, giving me the freedom to continuously explore different career options after obtaining product design skill sets. My understanding of product design is not just focusing on the object, but also the bigger ideas goes into products. I want discuss and deeper my understandings about art, humanity, sport, natural, and etc. I want to learn more about the beauty of the world, and I believe whatever I learnt could eventually benefit me designing products.

In product, I’m passionate about physical products that can help people with their self-development and creative dreams. I love things I can hold and play through multiple ways. And I would be delighted by the idea of helping other people to find and express themselves. I love to see people excited about the arts and sciences and being creative with those topics. Before, I thought I might be interested in improving people’s everyday routine. But now, I realize I’m more passionate about encouraging people to think with my products and express their unique personalities with them.
